This policy explains when you can get your money back. It applies to subscription plans and one-time services bought from inCube Social, operated by Alpha Resolution Inc, a California corporation.
We sell a service, not a physical product, so there is nothing to ship back — the question is simply how much work we have already done for you.
Your first subscription charge
You may request a full refund of your first subscription charge within three (3) business days, as long as we have not yet started work on your account.
Work begins when we start onboarding you, build your vibe guide, or begin producing or scheduling your content — whichever comes first. Once work has begun, the refund window closes, even if fewer than three business days have passed. That work is made specifically for your brand and cannot be resold to anyone else.
We will tell you when work has begun, so you always know where you stand.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops every future charge.
When you cancel, you keep your plan through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate or refund a partial month, quarter, or year — but we also never charge you again after you cancel.
How to cancel
Cancel online, yourself, in your Client Portal — Account > Subscription. One button. We will never make you call us, sit in a chat queue, or answer a survey to leave.
You can also cancel by emailing info@alphares.net.
We may offer you an alternative or a discount when you cancel. You are always free to decline it and finish cancelling right away.
One-time services and add-ons
One-time purchases — such as a single video, a profile makeover, or a shoot day — follow the same principle: refundable within three (3) business days if we have not yet started, and not refundable once production or scheduling has begun.
If a shoot day is booked and you cancel it, we will do our best to move it rather than keep your money, subject to the crew’s availability.
When refunds are not available
- After work has begun on your account.
- On renewal charges.
- Where your account is suspended or terminated for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Service.
- For results. We work hard on your content, but no one can promise a specific number of followers, leads, or sales, and we do not refund based on performance.
- For things the social platforms do — an outage, a policy or algorithm change, a suspension, or a lost account. We do not control those platforms.
If something goes wrong on our side
If we do not deliver what your plan promised, tell us. We would rather fix it, make it up to you, or refund you than argue about a clause. Nothing here stops us from issuing a refund or credit whenever we think it is the right thing to do — and doing it once does not mean we have to do it every time.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost everything is faster to solve by email. Charges on your statement will appear as INCUBESOCIAL.
How to request a refund
Email info@alphares.net from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How this fits with our other terms
This page explains our Terms of Service in plain English. Section 4 of the Terms — covering billing, automatic renewal, and refunds — is the binding version, and if this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms govern.
Nothing on this page takes away a right you have under California or federal law that cannot be waived.
