01
Weekly specials & menu features
A steady drumbeat of daily-special posts and menu-item spotlights, shot in your brand style, scheduled around your peak booking windows. We work from your existing menu photos, your POS specials sheet, or a quick phone photo sent from the pass — no separate photo shoot required.
02
Reels from your raw phone clips
Send us the plating shot or the packed-room clip; we cut it into a scroll-stopping reel with captions, music, and your handle. A ten-second clip of the wood-fired oven or the bar making a signature cocktail becomes a reel built for sound-off scrolling, captions burned in so it reads on mute.
03
Event & promo campaigns
Happy hour, live music, holiday menus — countdown posts and story reminders that fill seats on the slow nights. Trivia night, a new happy-hour menu, a holiday prix fixe: each one gets its own short run of posts building up to the date, not a single post the morning of.
04
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Posted across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads on every plan — six platforms including LinkedIn on Cube Prime. Posts go out timed around when people are actually deciding where to eat — late morning for lunch, mid-afternoon for tonight's plans — not just whenever content happens to be ready.
05
Review replies & DMs
We monitor and reply to reviews and booking DMs in your voice, same-day, so no hungry customer is left waiting. That includes the three-star review with a fair complaint, not just the five-star ones — a thoughtful, on-brand reply to a mixed review does more for trust than another glowing one ever will.
06
Monthly performance recap
Which dish reeled in the most saves, which promo drove the most reservations, and what we're featuring next month. You'll get it in plain language, not a dashboard full of jargon: what to keep doing, what to drop, and what we're trying next.
07
What a typical month looks like
Week one is a short brand call to learn your menu, your regulars, and what makes a Friday night at your restaurant different from the place two doors down. From there it runs on its own rhythm: specials and menu features go out through the week, story reminders cover same-day pushes like a walk-in patio table opening up, and weekend content is scheduled to post while you're actually running service, not after it. You send clips and photos whenever you have them — there's no shoot to schedule and no content calendar for you to fill in yourself.
08
What we actually need from you
Mostly just your phone. A quick photo of the plate before it goes out, a ten-second clip of a packed dining room on a Saturday, a screenshot of tonight's specials board — that raw material is what we turn into the week's posts. No professional camera, no photographer on payroll, and no blocking out an hour to sit down and write captions yourself.
09
How fast this actually gets moving
After the brand call, your first posting cycle goes live within five business days. There's no long onboarding process and no waiting through a full month of “strategy” before anything shows up on your page — we'd rather you see real posts than a slide deck about future posts.
