Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you subscribe to a plan, we collect billing information (processed by Stripe — IncubeSocial does not store raw card numbers) and the business details you provide in our onboarding wizard (industry, brand voice, platform handles, uploaded logo/brand assets, and photos submitted through your Photo Drop). When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message. We never ask for or store a social media password — platform access is granted only through each platform's own official login/OAuth screen.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to deliver the service you subscribed to: producing and scheduling your social content, billing your subscription, communicating with you about your account (including onboarding, approvals, and monthly reports), and improving how we serve clients generally. Onboarding-wizard answers are used specifically to build the "vibe guide" our team references when producing your content.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This site uses standard WordPress/WooCommerce session cookies necessary for login, cart, and checkout to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this site. A full cookie category breakdown is planned for a future update to this policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes a limited slice of your data to perform its function: Stripe (payment processing), Fluent Forms (onboarding-wizard data storage), FluentCRM (email communications), and Metricool (content scheduling and social account connections, once your onboarding is complete — connected only via each platform's own official OAuth grant, never a stored password).
5. Data Retention
We retain your account, billing, and onboarding data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Photo Drop uploads are retained for your active subscription period. Specific retention windows are being finalized and will be stated precisely once this policy is reviewed by counsel.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us using the details below to make such a request. Formal CCPA/GDPR-style rights language will be added once this policy receives legal review.
7. Data Security
Payment data is handled by Stripe under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure and never touches our servers directly. Our WordPress installation uses standard security hardening (limited login attempts, restricted file editing, and regular core/plugin updates). No social media password is ever collected, stored, or transmitted by any part of this site.
8. Children's Privacy
IncubeSocial is a business-to-business service intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
