01
Classroom & curriculum spotlights
Your classrooms, daily routines, and hands-on activities turned into warm, reassuring posts that show families exactly what a day in your program looks like. The goal is simple: let a parent picture their child there before they ever walk through the door.
02
Teacher & facility reels
Send us clips of your space, materials, and teachers at work; we cut them into short reels that show the warmth and professionalism behind your program. A teacher setting up an activity or narrating what a morning looks like builds more confidence than a photo of an empty room ever could.
03
Enrollment & seasonal campaigns
Fall enrollment, open-house dates, and waitlist announcements — posts and stories that fill spots before the year fills up. Timed around your actual enrollment and re-enrollment calendar, not a generic monthly promo cycle.
04
Parent testimonials & reviews
Your 5-star reviews turned into branded trust graphics that reassure the next family deciding where to enroll their child. We use a parent’s real words about their own experience with your program — the specific thing that made them feel confident — rather than a generic quote.
05
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Posted where parents actually search for a preschool — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads on every plan, plus LinkedIn on Cube Prime for programs that also recruit teaching staff or partner with local employers on childcare benefits.
06
Monthly performance recap
Which post drove the most tour requests, which reel reached furthest, and what we’re featuring next month — explained on a short call, not left for you to read off a dashboard.
07
A typical week in your program
Send a few phone photos — materials laid out for an activity, a classroom set up for the day, a teacher preparing a lesson — and we turn it into a week of warm, credibility-building posts. Every post is run past your director before it publishes, and nothing goes out that your program hasn’t cleared.
08
What about photos of the children?
Nothing identifying a specific child — face, name, or otherwise — goes out without your program’s own written parent consent already on file for that use; we work strictly within whatever your enrollment paperwork already allows and never push you past it. Most high-performing content doesn’t need a child in frame at all: classrooms, materials, teachers, and the space itself carry the story on their own.
09
Our waitlist is already full — do we still need this?
A steady online presence isn’t just for filling empty spots — it keeps your program top-of-mind for re-enrollment each year, strengthens referrals from current families, and supports staff hiring and any future expansion, even when there’s no open seat today.
