Questions worth asking before you hand off your Mondays
Straight answers on access, billing, and what happens if it's not working out — starting with the one question everyone actually wants answered first.
Access & security
No. You authorize each of your plan's platforms directly on its own login screen — we never see or store your passwords. You never type a password into anything of ours, because we don't have a password field to type it into. That authorization gives our scheduling platform a revocable permission token, not your login, and you can see exactly which permissions you granted from that platform's own security settings at any time.
Open that platform's own connected-apps or business settings and remove the connection — the same screen where you granted it. It takes effect immediately on their end, and you don't need our permission or a support ticket to do it. Tell us you've done it and we'll confirm on our side the same day.
No. The authorization is scoped to the specific business Page, Profile, or Business Center you connect — it has no visibility into personal DMs on your own account, other apps on your device, or anything outside the business account you're subscribing for.
Billing & contracts
Flat-rate plans, billed on your card on file. Start with Cube Start at $95/mo (1 post + 1 story a week), then fixed tiers: Cube Grow $295, Cube Active $395 (our most popular), and Cube Prime $495 for the full package including UGC video. No hourly invoicing and no surprise line items — what your plan includes is what you pay for.
Yes. Monthly is the default with no commitment. Prepay a quarter and you save 5%; prepay a year and you save 10%. Pick whichever cadence you want at checkout — it's not a backend setting we have to change for you.
No. Every plan is month-to-month by default — the discounted quarterly and annual options above are optional prepayment choices you opt into, not a lock-in requirement. You're free to cancel a monthly plan at the start of any billing cycle.
Yes — every plan renews automatically at the end of its billing cycle onto the same plan and cycle, until you change or cancel it yourself. This is disclosed upfront in Terms of Service §4 (the automatic-renewal provision), not a surprise buried in fine print.
Pausing your plan
Yes. Pause for 2, 3, or 6 months right from your Subscription Manager — no call or ticket needed. Billing stops for the entire pause (nothing charges you while paused), work and posting pause with it, and everything resumes automatically on the date you chose. You don't need to re-subscribe to come back.
Reach out from Support and we'll adjust it — a pause isn't a self-serve edit once it's set, but changing it is a quick request, not a re-signup.
Connecting your accounts
From the Connections page in your portal: click Connect on any platform, and you'll get an authorization window from that platform's own login screen — approve it there and you're done. Behind the scenes, connecting your account happens through our scheduling partner Metricool, but the whole experience stays inside IncubeSocial; you never need to create or log into a separate Metricool account yourself.
Open the Connections page in your portal — while your invite is still active, you'll see a "Resend invitation email" link right there. Click it and a fresh copy goes out immediately, no need to contact support.
Both are on the Connections page in your portal, per platform. Disconnect happens immediately and in-portal — no popup window needed. Reconnect opens that platform's own authorization screen again, same as the first time you connected it.
Add-ons & SEO
An add-on is recurring — it's added to your monthly plan and billed alongside it until you remove it, from the Add-On Store or your Subscription page. A one-time service is a single purchase charged once to the card you already have on file — no ongoing charge, no change to your plan's renewal amount.
Yes — pick a level right from the SEO tab in your portal: select, review the price, and continue straight to a secure checkout. SEO bills as its own separate subscription from your social plan, so changing one never affects the other, and you can cancel either independently.
Privacy & your data
No — we never sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we tell you that plainly in our Privacy Policy, not just in a footnote. Full detail on our Privacy Policy page.
Five categories: your identifiers and account information; commercial and billing information (handled by our payment processor, never stored by us directly); the content and brand assets you upload; social-account connection data (authorization tokens from our scheduling partner — never your passwords); and basic internet/usage and device information like cookies and analytics. Full detail on our Privacy Policy page.
Cancellation
From your account's Subscription Manager page — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel yourself, no phone call or exit interview required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and everything already scheduled for that cycle still goes out unless you tell us to stop it.
Yes — you can get a full refund of your first charge within 3 business days, as long as we haven't started work on your account yet. Work starts when we begin onboarding you, build your vibe guide, or start making or scheduling content, and we'll tell you when that happens. After that the window closes, because what we've made is built for your brand specifically and can't be resold. Full details on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
No — the term you've already paid for isn't prorated, whether that's a month, a quarter, or a year. What you get instead is the rest of that term in full: everything already scheduled still goes out, and you're never charged again after you cancel. Renewal charges themselves aren't refundable, which is why cancelling is one button and takes effect immediately for all future billing.
No. Your logins to your own social platforms were never ours to begin with, so nothing changes there — you simply revoke the connection whenever you like. Report history in your account stays visible to you, and we'll walk you through disconnecting cleanly so there's no gap in who can post to your own accounts.
Revisions & approvals
Every post lands in your Approval Queue before it publishes — nothing goes out without passing through your review first. Approve, or leave a comment requesting a change, right from that page.
We run a 48-hour silent-approval window: if you haven't approved or commented within 48 hours of a post being staged, it auto-approves and publishes on schedule. It's disclosed upfront in your service agreement for exactly this reason — it keeps your calendar from stalling out because a busy week got in the way, and you can always comment sooner to hold a post back.
That's a strategy conversation, not a single revision — bring it up and we'll revisit your vibe guide, the reference document your whole content plan is built from, before the next batch goes into production. Getting the direction right up front is exactly what the kickoff call after onboarding is for.
Turnaround time
Within 5 business days of your onboarding kickoff call. That call happens shortly after you finish the 3-step onboarding wizard and connect your platforms, so the full runway from signup to your first calendar landing in your Approval Queue is typically about a week.
Every month, on a fixed production rhythm: your next month's calendar is built, staged, and sent to your Approval Queue before the current one runs out, so there's never a gap between what's live and what's coming.
That's the Rush add-on, purchasable in one click from your Add-On Store — same place you'd add an extra platform, an ad management add-on, or a profile makeover. Standard turnaround on off-calendar requests is a minimum of 48 hours; the Rush add-on is how you move ahead of that when it's genuinely time-sensitive.
