Questions worth asking before you hand off your Mondays
Straight answers on access, billing, and what happens if it's not working out — starting with the one question everyone actually wants answered first.
Access & security
No. You authorize each platform directly on its own login screen — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, whichever you run. You never type a password into anything of ours, because we don't have a password field to type it into. That authorization gives our scheduling platform a revocable permission token, not your login, and you can see exactly which permissions you granted from that platform's own security settings at any time.
Open that platform's own connected-apps or business settings and remove the connection — the same screen where you granted it. It takes effect immediately on their end, and you don't need our permission or a support ticket to do it. Tell us you've done it and we'll confirm on our side the same day.
No. The authorization is scoped to the specific business Page, Profile, or Business Center you connect — it has no visibility into personal DMs on your own account, other apps on your device, or anything outside the business account you're subscribing for.
Billing & contracts
Four flat-rate plans, billed on your card on file: Cube Starter at $249/mo (2 platforms, 8 posts), Cube Active at $349/mo (3 platforms, 12 posts incl. 2 reels — our most popular plan), Cube Prime at $499/mo (4 platforms incl. Google Business Profile, 16 posts incl. 4 reels), and Realtor Cube at $399/mo for real estate agents. No hourly invoicing and no surprise line items — what your plan includes is what you pay for.
Yes. Monthly is the default with no commitment. Prepay a quarter and you save 5%; prepay a year and you get two months free. Pick whichever cadence you want at checkout — it's not a backend setting we have to change for you.
No. Every plan is month-to-month by default — the discounted quarterly and annual options above are optional prepayment choices you opt into, not a lock-in requirement. You're free to cancel a monthly plan at the start of any billing cycle.
Cancellation
From your account's Subscription Manager page — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel yourself, no phone call or exit interview required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and everything already scheduled for that cycle still goes out unless you tell us to stop it.
Monthly plans aren't prorated for a mid-cycle cancellation — you keep access through the day you already paid for, and you're never charged again after that. If you prepaid quarterly or annually, ask us about the unused portion; we'll work it out fairly rather than pointing at a fine-print clause.
No. Your logins to your own social platforms were never ours to begin with, so nothing changes there — you simply revoke the connection whenever you like. Report history in your account stays visible to you, and we'll walk you through disconnecting cleanly so there's no gap in who can post to your own accounts.
Revisions & approvals
Every post lands in your Approval Queue before it publishes — nothing goes out without passing through your review first. Approve, or leave a comment requesting a change, right from that page.
We run a 48-hour silent-approval window: if you haven't approved or commented within 48 hours of a post being staged, it auto-approves and publishes on schedule. It's disclosed upfront in your service agreement for exactly this reason — it keeps your calendar from stalling out because a busy week got in the way, and you can always comment sooner to hold a post back.
That's a strategy conversation, not a single revision — bring it up and we'll revisit your vibe guide, the reference document your whole content plan is built from, before the next batch goes into production. Getting the direction right up front is exactly what the kickoff call after onboarding is for.
Turnaround time
Within 5 business days of your onboarding kickoff call. That call happens shortly after you finish the 5-step onboarding wizard and connect your platforms, so the full runway from signup to your first calendar landing in your Approval Queue is typically about a week.
Every month, on a fixed production rhythm: your next month's calendar is built, staged, and sent to your Approval Queue before the current one runs out, so there's never a gap between what's live and what's coming.
That's the Rush add-on, purchasable in one click from your Add-On Store — same place you'd add an extra platform, an ad management add-on, or a profile makeover. Standard turnaround on off-calendar requests is a minimum of 48 hours; the Rush add-on is how you move ahead of that when it's genuinely time-sensitive.
