Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 14, 2026
Last Updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha Resolution Inc, a California corporation, doing business as inCube Social (“inCube Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at incubesocial.com, our login-gated client portal, and our subscription social-media management services (together, the “Services”). It also describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA/CPRA”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.
Notice at Collection (summary). At or before the point we collect your information, we tell you the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, whether we sell or share it (we do not sell your personal information), and how long we keep it. The categories we collect are: identifiers and account information; commercial and billing information (processed by our payment processor); content and brand assets you upload; social-account connection data (authorization tokens obtained through a third-party social media management platform — never your passwords); and internet/usage and device information (including cookies and analytics). Full detail is below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
1.1 Identifiers & account information. Name, email address, business name and details, phone number, username, and information you provide when you create an account, complete onboarding, or contact us.
1.2 Commercial & billing information. Subscription plan, transaction history, and billing details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor in tokenized form; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
1.3 Content & brand assets you provide. Text, images, logos, brand guidelines, files you upload (including through the client portal “Photo Drop”), and instructions or approvals you submit.
1.4 Social-account connection data. When you connect a social media account, we receive authorization tokens obtained through each platform’s own authorization (OAuth) process, administered through a third-party social media management platform, together with the account identifiers and permissions you grant. We do not ask for, require, receive, store, or transmit the passwords to your social media accounts.
1.5 Internet, usage & device information. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, referring URLs, and similar analytics data, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy).
1.6 Communications. Records of your messages, support requests, and correspondence with us.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from children (see Section 10).
2. How We Collect It
We collect personal information from these sources:
- Directly from you — when you sign up, complete onboarding, upload content, communicate with us, or use the Services.
- Automatically — through cookies, analytics, and server logs when you use our website and portal.
- From platforms you connect — through the authorized OAuth connection to your social media accounts (tokens and permitted account data only — never passwords).
- From service providers — such as our payment processor and analytics providers, who supply information needed to operate the Services.
3. Why We Use It
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- to produce, schedule, and publish content to your connected accounts on your behalf, as you authorize;
- to process payments, manage your subscription, and prevent fraud;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to send service-related and transactional communications (billing confirmations, content-approval requests, account and security notices), which are part of the Services and which you cannot opt out of while your account is active;
- to send marketing communications where permitted, from which you may opt out at any time;
- to maintain security, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations;
- to improve and produce content using automated tools, including artificial intelligence, always subject to human review before publication.
We use your information only as described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you at the point of collection.
4. The No-Password Promise
Our Services are built so that we never hold credentials capable of taking over your social media accounts. We do not ask for, require, store, or transmit your social media passwords. All access to your connected accounts is granted exclusively through each platform’s own authorization (OAuth) process, administered through a third-party social media management platform, and is limited to the permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time from within the applicable platform or by disconnecting the account or cancelling the Services.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money.
5.1 Service providers. We share information with service providers who support the Services — for example, hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and content production support. Service providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Some of these service providers, and personnel who support the Services, may be located outside the United States (see Section 6).
5.2 Payment processor. Billing and payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices.
5.3 The social media platforms you authorize. When you connect an account and approve content, that content and the associated data are transmitted to the applicable social media platform and to a third-party social media management platform, as necessary to publish and manage content on your behalf.
5.4 Legal & safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of inCube Social, our users, or others.
5.5 Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
5.6 With your direction or consent. We may share information at your request or with your consent.
6. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States. Some of the personnel and service providers who support the Services may be located outside the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law, and such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, which explains the categories we use and the choices available to you, including your CCPA/CPRA rights relating to “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in the ordinary course. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Our no-password architecture (Section 4) is itself a security measure: because we never hold your social media passwords, our systems cannot be used to take over your accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know / access — to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Right to delete — to request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct — to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — although we do not sell personal information, you may direct us not to “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Section 13).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — to the extent we use any sensitive personal information beyond permitted purposes.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
12. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@alphares.net or through any request mechanism we provide. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization and, where required, verification of your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
13. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. To the extent we “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out by contacting us at info@alphares.net or using the cookie-preferences controls on our Site. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.
14. Notice at Collection
We provide the short-form notice at the top of this Policy, and we surface a brief notice at each point where we collect information (for example, the signup form, the checkout page, and the Photo Drop upload area), identifying the categories collected, the purposes, and that we do not sell your information.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
