01
Real wedding-day content, built into a portfolio feed
Ceremony moments, details, and reception shots from your own weddings, posted in a style that reads premium to a couple still deciding. We keep the feed consistent in look and pacing so it reads as one cohesive portfolio, not a scattered mix of whatever happened to get uploaded that week.
02
Highlight reels built for bridal scrolling
Short-form video edited from your day-of footage — the format couples actually stop on while researching their vendor team. The first-look moment or the reception entrance tends to be the strongest hook; we build the reel around that instead of starting with the slowest part of the day.
03
Styled-shoot & vendor-tag content
Posts built to get reshared by the planners, venues, and photographers you work with, extending your reach past your own following. A well-tagged post from a real wedding often gets reshared by two or three other vendors on the same event, putting your work in front of their audiences too.
04
Testimonial & real-couple review graphics
Five-star reviews turned into trust-building posts for the next couple weighing you against everyone else on their list. We pair the review with real photos from that couple's wedding whenever possible, so it reads as specific proof rather than a generic quote card.
05
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & more
Pinterest included alongside Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Threads on every plan — where a huge share of bridal research actually happens. A single strong ceremony or reception photo pinned correctly can keep bringing in profile visits for months after the wedding itself.
06
Same-business-day inquiry replies
A couple comparing five vendors tends to book whoever answers first — we make sure that's you. Even a short same-day reply confirming availability and next steps keeps you in the running while you find time to write the fuller response.
07
What a typical month looks like
It starts with a call to walk through your recent weddings, your style, and where you are in your booking season. During engagement season, posting leans toward availability and “now booking” urgency; during the quieter months, it leans toward portfolio-building from your strongest past weddings so the feed stays active year-round. Content from a wedding that just wrapped gets prioritized so it posts while still fresh, and testimonial and styled-shoot content fill the space between real events.
08
What we actually need from you
Phone footage and photos from your own weddings are enough to start — a few detail shots, a ceremony clip, whatever you already capture as part of doing the work. If you have access to your photographer's delivered gallery for past weddings, that adds even more to pull from, but it isn't required to get started.
09
Timed around your real booking season
We build the posting calendar around when couples in your market are actually deciding — not a generic year-round schedule that treats a slow January the same as a peak engagement-season week.
