01
Patient-education content
Clear, friendly posts on the questions patients actually type into Google — whitening, Invisalign, first-visit nerves — positioning your office as the approachable expert. Whitening myths, what Invisalign actually feels like week to week, what to expect at a first cleaning — the plain-language answers that turn a nervous search into a booked consult.
02
Behind-the-chair video & reels
Quick, welcoming clips of your team and office — the format that does the most to calm a nervous new patient before their first visit. A quick clip of your hygienist explaining a cleaning, or your team decorating for a holiday, does more to humanize the office than any polished stock photo — and it's the format patients actually stop scrolling for.
03
Smile transformation & review graphics
Your 5-star reviews and consented before/after smiles turned into shareable, professional proof for the next patient deciding where to book. With signed consent on file for every before/after we use, we turn real results into clean, professional graphics that do the reassuring work a five-star rating alone can't do on its own.
04
Fast replies to booking questions
Comments and DMs about insurance, availability, and “are you accepting new patients” answered same business day, before that lead calls someone else. A comment asking “do you take my insurance” that sits unanswered for two days is a lead that's already called someone else — we make sure it doesn't sit that long.
05
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Posted where patients research dentists — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads on every plan, six platforms with LinkedIn added on Cube Prime for multi-doctor practices. Most new-patient searches start on Instagram or a Google Business listing pulling from your posts, so we prioritize the platforms where dental decisions actually get made, not just the ones with the biggest audience.

Monthly performance recap
Which posts drove the most new-patient inquiries, and what we're focusing on next month. We'll tell you plainly if Invisalign content is outperforming whitening posts, or if reels are driving more saves than static graphics — and adjust next month's plan around it.
07
What an actual month looks like
Week one, we plan around your calendar — a new associate starting, a seasonal whitening push, an Invisalign promotion you want highlighted. Weeks two and three, content goes out on schedule — a mix of education, behind-the-chair moments, and review graphics — while we monitor comments for booking questions. Week four, we review what drove the most engagement and saves, and fold that into next month's content. You approve everything before it's live; nothing surprises you on your own feed.
08
Can you actually use our patients' before-and-after photos?
Only with the patient's written consent, which we'll help your front desk collect as a normal part of checkout — never assumed, never without a signature on file. If a practice doesn't have consented photos yet, we build the same trust with team, office, and process content until you do.
