01
Patient-education content
Clear explainers on common injuries, what PT actually involves, and what recovery looks like — content that makes the referral easier to say yes to. What a typical plan of care looks like, what to expect after a specific type of surgery, how to tell when it's time to see a PT instead of waiting it out — the answers that make the referral easier to accept.
02
Exercise & recovery video content
Short, professional clips of real exercises and clinic life — the format that shows prospective patients exactly what to expect. A short clip of a common home-exercise routine, explained clearly, shows prospective patients exactly what working with your clinic actually involves before they ever book a first visit.
03
Patient progress & review graphics
Consented recovery wins and 5-star reviews turned into branded social proof for the next patient and the next referring provider. With consent on file, a patient's described experience — in their own words — becomes some of the most convincing proof a referring physician or hesitant new patient will see.
04
Fast replies to insurance & booking questions
Comments and DMs about referrals, insurance, and availability answered same business day, before that lead looks elsewhere. Questions about whether a referral is required, what insurance covers, and first-visit availability get answered same business day, before that lead looks elsewhere.
05
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Posted where patients and referral sources look — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads on every plan, six platforms with LinkedIn added on Cube Prime for reaching referring physicians. We also format content for LinkedIn on Prime plans specifically because referring physicians and case managers are more likely to see it there than on Instagram.
06
Monthly performance recap
Which content drove the most new-patient inquiries, and what we're focusing on next month. We'll show you plainly whether education content or recovery stories are driving more inquiries, and adjust the next month's mix accordingly.
07
What an actual month looks like
Week one, we plan around your clinic's calendar — a new service line, a seasonal focus like sports injuries in the fall or slip-and-fall content in icy months. Weeks two and three, education and recovery content goes out on schedule while we monitor referral and insurance questions in the comments. Week four, we review what resonated most and use it to shape next month's plan. Every post is drafted for your review first.

Can you share a patient's recovery story without naming them?
Yes, and that's usually our default. We can describe a recovery in general terms — the injury type, the course of care, how the patient is doing now — without using a name or identifying photo, or we can use a named, photographed story if the patient has signed a consent form. You choose which patients, if any, are ever featured.
