01
Client-education content
Clear posts on what massage therapy actually treats — chronic pain, stress, injury recovery — so the right client understands why it's worth booking. What deep tissue actually addresses versus a relaxation massage, how often chronic pain clients typically come in, what to expect at a first session — the plain-language content that helps the right client recognize themselves.
02
Studio & technique video content
Short, calming clips of your space and approach — the format that puts a first-time client at ease before they ever walk in. A short, calming look at your treatment room or a simple explanation of a technique reassures a first-time client in a way a paragraph of text never quite manages.
03
Client relief stories & review graphics
Your 5-star reviews and consented client wins turned into professional social proof that builds trust with the next booking. With consent on file, a client's own description of finally getting relief from a stubborn shoulder or years of tension headaches becomes some of your most persuasive content.
04
Fast replies to booking questions
Comments and DMs about availability and “is this right for my [issue]” answered same business day. “Is this good for lower back pain” or “do you have anything open this week” gets a same-day answer instead of going unanswered until the client books elsewhere.
05
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
Posted where clients discover and rebook — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads on every plan, six platforms with LinkedIn added on Cube Prime. We lean into the platforms where wellness content performs best — Instagram and TikTok in particular — without neglecting the Facebook audience that still drives a lot of local bookings.
06
Monthly performance recap
Which content drove the most booking inquiries, and what we're focusing on next month. We'll show you which modality content or which rebooking prompts are actually moving the needle, so we can lean into what's working.
07
What an actual month looks like
Week one, we plan around your calendar — a seasonal push like holiday gift certificates, or a spotlight on a modality you want to grow. Weeks two and three, education, studio, and client-story content goes out on schedule while we watch for booking questions in the comments. Week four, we review what drove the most saves and inquiries and shape next month's plan around it. You see and approve everything before it publishes.
08
Will posting make my practice feel less personal?
It shouldn't — and if a draft ever reads too clinical or too salesy for how you actually talk to clients, tell us and we'll adjust the voice. The goal is content that sounds like your studio, not a generic wellness brand, which is part of why every post goes through you before it goes live.
